What if More People Rode Their Bikes to Work?

What if more people rode their bikes to work? What if they rode more than 30-minutes to get there? What if Americans lost weight? What if all citizens exercised more? What if less people needed healthcare and pills to survive? What if everyone lost an average of 15 pounds? What if more bikes were sold than automobiles? What if people could work within 20-miles of their jobs? What if 25% of the cars were not caught in rush hour traffic? What if we cleared out some of the smog from cars by moving them faster instead of in traffic jams where they put out more carbon monoxide? What if you rode your bike to work? Would you have fewer pounds on you? Would you be happier and healthier? Would you like to be thinner and fitter? What about stamina, what will you do with all that extra energy you have from being in such good shape? How much money will you save in gasoline each week? Do you think that the extra energy you have will help your job performance and lead to a better pay raise? Do you think people will respect you more when they learn you bike to work? How many people will follow your lead and start biking to work also if they see you doing it? Do you think this will make a positive impression on your co-workers to pedal into work too? How many people do you think you can persuade to do the same thing? What are you thinking now.
