Calling all NYC traffic riders! I am looking for someone to help me make another YouTube video of biking in NYC. If you can ride like I ride in this video, then shoot me a YouTube email with your contact info, and we’ll take turns filming each other as we ride.
Time lapse restoration and upgrade of an early 90′s Cannondale 3.0 Criterium road bike. Then a fast-paced ride through the streets of Queens and New York.

How to Change a Tire – Road Bike (www.Fezzari.com)

Simple steps to change a road bike tire (or bikes with v-brakes) (demonstrated by fezzari.com):
1) Shift rear cassette to smallest gear
2) Open brake calipers or v-brakes
3) Remove Quick Release
4) Remove Wheel
5) Remove tire with tire levers (or strong fingers)
6) Check inside of tire and rim for foreign objects
7) Inflate new tube slightly and put in tire 
Put tire and tube on rim
9) Inflate tire to correct PSI
10) Install wheel on bike
11) Tighten Quick Release
12) Close brake calipers or v-brakes
13) Do final check by spinning wheel
